TRUST AND ESTATES

It is necessary for a Trustee to consult with an attorney in order to ensure they are adhering to all provisions of the Trust during its administration.

Subsequently, they must be administered through Probate. From appointing a representative, to divvying up assets, we are here to ease the process. CONSERVATORSHIPS

We are glad to assist you in matters of conservatorship. There are certain situations which prevent a person from managing their own finances and personal care. In these unfortunate circumstances, court supervision may be necessary to protect these items. A conservator will be appointed, generally a family member or friend and occasionally a professional conservator, to take responsibility.  We are here to help facilitate a hassle free conservatorship process.  We can guide you in becoming the appointed Conservator, and provide instruction on the various duties throughout the conservatorship administration.
